Hi, I'm Sim 👋

I am a builder of bridges between ideas, people, and possibilities.

 

With a background in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering, I have spent the last decade wearing more hats than I can count -often all at once - across Project Management, Consulting, and Professional Services.​I have helped launched products, led large-scale implementations, untangled messy processes, and acted as the translator between business, tech, and people they serve. 

​

If I had a superpower, it would be this: I connect worlds. I speak the language of technology and the language of people. That balance is what allows me to turn big-picture goals into clear, workable solutions.

​

Connection has always been at the heart of how I show up not just in the work, but in the culture. In one of my past roles, I led the Culture Committee, creating moments that brought teams closer together. Some were planned, others spontaneous, but all were rooted in making people feel included, energized, and part of something meaningful.

Beyond work, you’ll often find me in the kitchen, filming Indian recipes for my YouTube channel, Adrak Lasun Eats. What began during the quiet days of COVID has since become a creative outlet for storytelling, food styling, and connecting with people through flavor.
